A day lived.

Hi everyone, A good day woke with feelings that said "Why not just sit at home?" However after 2 hours work the inner voice was in line an i completed 2 one hour tread- mil session's 17 km at 70% max heart rate knees not to bad Will go to bed feeling good however in many places on our planet other fellow journey people are not Why not before you go to bed email fax text someone and say I loveyou
